Remscheid-based precision tool manufacturer Exact GmbH & Co. KG has once again won the World Tool Award in the “Professional” category. The award was given for the multifunctional Bit Box set for drilling, countersinking and tapping, which was developed especially for work with cordless drills. According to the international jury of experts, it “notably excelled in terms of innovation, product quality and value for money”.
After having won the award for the successful metal starter kit in 2021 and for the innovative AdvancedLine step drill in 2022, Exact has now received the World Tool Award for the third time. “The internationally recognised accolades make us particularly proud as they represent impartial confirmation of our ability to innovate as well as the quality and performance of our products,” explains Managing Director Andreas Oemkes.
Winning the award this year, the Bit Box is a specially developed tool system that is aimed specifically at tradespeople and facilitates work with cordless tools. The set includes precision tools with ¼” bit shafts in conventional sizes and types for drilling, countersinking and tapping.
The World Tool Awards are granted each year in various categories, representing in the organisation’s own words “the internationally unique award for the best tools for wood- and metalworking, tool accessories and garden equipment”. The organisation adds: “Our high-calibre jury of experts presents the World Tool Awards to the world’s best tools for DIY enthusiasts, tradespeople, tool merchants and distributors.”
